This campaign for 1001 Optometry, in collaboration with VML Sydney, showcases a striking fusion of art, fashion, and technology. Blending a signature aesthetic with cutting-edge AI, the campaign presents a series of captivating images that double as optical tests.

Inspired by the ‘squint test,’ an optical illusion where hidden text such as Eye Test emerges when viewed out of focus, the concept transforms a routine vision check into an immersive visual experience.

Set against surreal, colour-drenched landscapes, models wearing designer eyewear pose within dreamlike compositions, with the concealed message revealing itself when the viewer squints. The campaign reimagines traditional eye exams through a bold, fashion-forward lens, encouraging audiences to engage both artistically and practically because if you can read the text more easily while squinting, it might just be time for an eye test.
